Leak Adjustment

Have you recently repaired a water leak? If so, you may be eligible for a water loss adjustment.

Eligibility requirements include (but not limited to):

Repairing leaks within 30 days of the date the leak(s) are discovered or reasonably should have been discovered
Fill out the Water Loss Adjustment form below within 3 months of the repair and describe the cause of the water loss, the repair(s) made, and the date(s) of the repairs

Bill Adjustment Amount

Sellwood Water Bureau reviews the amount of water consumed in the same period of the previous year as ordinary and normal water usage and will consider water usage greater than the normal amount of the previous year as excess usage. The adjusted amount will be 50% of the excess water use for no more than 3 billing periods (6 months). Water loss adjustments may only be made one time per calendar year.
