Scope
Sellwood Water Bureau is entertaining bids for the printing and distribution of a 9 to 15-page monthly newsletter for delivery to the residents of the City of Sellwood.
- Total of 12 issues per year
- Annual report once per year
- Each print order will require a minimum of 5,500 newsletters
- Delivery to each member of the City of Sellwood
Term of Contract
The contract resulting from this bid shall provide for an initial term of two years.
Time & Order of Work
The successful bidder and Sellwood Water Bureau shall agree upon a schedule of time and order of work to ensure prompt completion of the services to be provided.
Contract Award
Sellwood Water Bureau expressly reserves the right to award a bid in part or in total to the contractor or contractors who submit the lowest responsible bid which is most advantageous to this Authority. By reserving this right, Contractors expressly understand that the Authority may award to multiple contractors in broken increments.
Work Performance
- Performance of the work will be offsite.
- Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
Inquiries
Any prospective bidder who has questions of any part of the solicitation, statement of work, and specifications, etc., must request it in writing. Such questions and requests for interpretations must be received by no later than February 8, 2021, at 10 am.
Qualifications
- The bidder shall list three firms or persons for whom the bidder has previously performed work of the nature requested under this bid.
